Steve March Torme, son of Mel Torme, appeared at the Door Community Auditorium in Fish Creek, Door County, Wisconsin on Friday, December 30. Singing a variety of his dad’s hit songs, Christmas songs, standards, and original songs Steve and his band put on an excellent performance. Local favorite Woody Mankowski performed on saxophone and on one song sang along with Steve Torme. Now living in Appleton, Wisconsin Mr. Torme told stories about growing up in California, life with his dad and how he eventually decided to move to Wisconsin.
