Next weekend (March 3-6, 2011) there will be an Ice Fishing Tournament in Sister Bay with Husby’s Food & Spirits hosting a Mardi Gras themed ice fishing party. Not fishing, no problem, come and spend the weekend with lots of fun stuff to do on and off the ice. Crawfish boil Saturday, March 5, hot and cold beverages under the tent, Ice Golf and All Terrain Vehicle track on the ice. Should be a blast. I’m there! In this photo I wanted to show an artistic, almost abstract interpretation of what conditions can be like for ice fisherman with the fishing huts barely visible thru the snow and fog.
